Some of the worst staff I've ever seen in a shop. I overheard some talking about keeping an eye on non-white customers as 'they were most likely to steal'. This behaviour from your workers is unprofessional and completely out of line, I'm not setting foot in this store again.
I love clothes here but on last visit was mish mash of every season I do notice it has become more expensive but then again everywhere has Great kitchen bathroom selection
I never shopped in it to give a review on staff/products etc. I went on to the matalan website to check to see if they accepted dpd drop off and according to the website it says "Matalan stores can be used as DPD Pickup points for dropping off or collecting parcel" When i went to two stores in belfast both of them stated they did not accept it. They said they only allow amazon parcels to be collected or dropped off...
Good service from the staff, the new shop lighting really improves the look of the store

I am writting to maje people aware that Matalan Boucher road would not allow my 5 year grad daughter to use their toilet. I was left embarassed and angry my grand daughter was left in tears and very uncomforable.
Needed some sports kit got it at a good price
Good 70%off stock on Sunday. Went at 1230 so v v quiet. Self service tills seem to be quite new. Not working very well
Lucky even getting one star if there had of been a choice of none then I would be rating it with this. Ordered things online and money taken from bank then 2 days later received email stating that one item wasn't in stock I would be refunded and if order wasn't fulfilled then wouldn't pay delivery. Then I noticed I did pay delivery after phoning customer services was told it was refunded never was emailed they still looking into it. I will never order or shop in Matalan again. Such a poor service.
