I love Next! More so online tbh as there's a much wider selection especially in the Home Department. I pop into the Ballymena Store now and again. They have a good selection of ladies wear and is priced reasonably. The store is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too.
Called with the shop in Ballymena, they hadn't the size that I requested, but the sales assistant advised buying online. She got me the item code and goods duly arrived next day in store. Very happy with the service received, many thanks.

A big thank you to Stephen in the men's department. Today we had a few obstacles with size 13 shoes. Nothing was too much trouble, and his humour but professionalism took the stress out of our situation. Will definitely be shopping here again.
