So amazing when you get into the secret tunnels underneath the shop floor. Most people don't even know.
Terrible store, only used as a last resort and was an awful experience. Staff not very bright and zero customer service. Was so bad it was laughable. Waited 30 minutes for a click and collect that they couldn’t find or explain what was happening.
Fantastic service and great staff couldn't be more helpful in getting what I needed and even helped exchange two off the tracksuits to a smaller size, excellent quality staff and company

Got some really good bargains here. Not a big store, so they don't carry a huge range like the other JD stores in the city for example, but still a good store.
No staff to be found to ask for anything. When I finally got eye contact from a member of staff they just continued on doing whatever task they thought was more important. So I had to walk over and ask if they could open the fitting rooms. They just pointed over to another member of staff who was at the till. So I had to wait in line just to ask for a simple door to be opened. After being in the fitting rooms, I realized that I wanted another size so I opened the door and waited, looking out for other members of staff (LOL, there were only 2). The girl at the till saw me/made direct eye contact with me before she went to the till, after she served the customers and then went straight back to PRETEND to tidy something. So I had to change and walk across the shopfloor meanwhile my bag and other valuables were sitting in the fitting room for anyone to grab. I don't think they have a clue what a customer is never mind customer service. Such a joke of a store that should be shut. i don't expect staff to be rushing around making sure everyone has been greeted. But when you look see someone looking at you, eager to ask something and you just walk off. That's just disrespectful. Just plain USELESS.
