Went in on Friday morning and a brunette staff (Reuben, I believe?) was so rude, absolutely appalling customer service. Felt so unwelcomed. Will only be shopping online from now on!!!
Got served by a lovely staff member called Linda who went above and beyond for myself. Linda and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful making it a lovely shopping experience just how it’s meant to be. I felt like a valued customer.
Love shopping in Next Forestside for myself and my husband, and today was no exception. It was made all the more pleasant by the young lady sales rep (Natasha) in menswear. very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered suit in a shop which they said had to be ready for collection in two days.it took more than week and we had no time to change it as it wasn’t right size when we brought it home and I found out i paid more than original price of suit.very disappointed.
I ordered a coat online that I could only collect from this store. When I tried the coat on inshore it was too big. The member of staff was really helpful. He ordered a different size for me and has arranged for it to be delivered to my local store so I don't have to drive all the way to Belfast again. I believe his name was Marcus. He is a credit to Next and I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to go to this store based on his service. Please pass on my thanks to him.
Yesterday evening during my trip to forestside, I called into Next which is usually one of my favourite shops. One of the rails had two styles of long dresses on it, one behind the other and I was interested in looking at the one in the back. I'm also a size 12 so I have to go quite far back on the rail. I realised that the dress wasn't the style I wanted and so placed it at the front of the rail and started to view other items further down the shop. The two ladies who were working on the floor (beside the tills) started making remarks about me, but loud enough that I could hear them -commenting on the fact that I had placed the dress on the front of the rack right under their noses. They were so rude and unprofessional, so much so that I left the shop. As I said, next is usually one of my favourite shops on forestside but after that experience, I won't be rushing back in a hurry
I was doing returns for my wife. The young man who was on cash desk was more than helpful and he had a great personality. Nothing was a bother to him. If all staff are like him it would be a great place to shop.
Good store with a great selection of clothes especially in the children's section. Sometimes easier going here instead of going into town and the parking is free
