   This shop is so so warm, it makes me feel sick. Even the poor staff must be struggling to work in it. They need to get air conditioning.

   Staff was super helpful. My youngest daughter loves fashion and the staff interacted with her which she loved and wants to go back. She is only 10 so the attention they gave her made her day. Kids are often overlooked in the shops so this was a great way to show her attention as a customer

   My son found £20 on the floor. He gave it to me and I brought it up to the counter and the girl just took it and put it under the counter, not asking for a name or anything. I would have thought it would company policy that if nobody claimed it then it went to the person that found it. I should have just let my son keep it because its obvious that that's what someone in the shop is doing.

   Terrible customer service at this store. Staff are more interested in putting away returns and tidying the floor than in serving customers at the till. 14 customers were waiting to be served and only 1 staff member was on the till. We had to request another cash desk be opened and were all kept at least 20 minutes to be served. Customers in the queue were discussing that this poor service is the norm at this particular New Look branch.
