   Awful. Just AWFUL Service. Collected order tonight. Lady at till was so miserable. Wish I got her name. Service is always so gloomy and staff just seem they can't be bothered. It's beyond me why people work with the public and are so unprofessional and rude.It doesn't hurt to be polite when we are polite to you . . No pride in their jobs. No customers No jobs !!

   Got my daughter a few items for Xmas ,she returned them , but they said it was a day too late!! , wouldn’t exchange or refund or give credit note ! Seriously! Won’t be shopping here again

   I like the way they have all new clothes at the back. The sales are a bit mixed with the size so I don't think I would buy anything from it . Needs more sizes put together so that we can see what is on offer for your size.

   Staff have no manners at all, especially the manager. Girl took ages to scan each item, she might be new but at least she can say something. Only noticed on the receipt that I have been charged differently from what it said on the price tag while I was still at the counter. Girl called for manager, I explained that I've been charged differently from price tags, manager just grabs one garment to check. I still asked politely if she can check it all over again and I got it all out from my shopping bag. Manager didn't say a word and started to check one by one, corrected the wrongly charged one and chucked it all back on counter and said the others is right. As I paid it off by card and I got refunded back to my card. I didn't know it was all sorted until I asked is it all done, manager just said yea and that's it, no apology !! I don't want to be a Karen but this time shopping in there has put me off, staff need to be trained and have a bit of manners.

   i come out of this store with bags every visit as the store has a wide variety of clothes and sizes to suit everyone i would recommend this store. The stores staff are cheerful and engaging it is hard to shop at a store who look you in the eye when serving you.
