“Excellent customer service from 2 young men working on 9th Jul 2024 at 15.15. First young man was standing in entrance area, by computer screen ready to take our order. He punched the details in himself (was in to order a Titan petrol lawnmower) and then proceeded to collect the lawnmower from the storage area. I hardly had time to open my purse, when the guy at the till asked how I would like to pay. I left the shop, to reverse my car towards the main door - and as I was doing so, the till man was already standing at the door, with the lawnmower in his arms, ready to manhandle it into my car. These two young men helped, without being asked. They were very pleasant, smiling and joking. We were in the shop for 5 or 6 minutes. Amazing service guys. Ten out of ten. Well done.”

“I chose HHI (Glengormley Branch) to install new guttering, sills, sofit, end caps etc plus a new door. They quoted 7 weeks lead time and the whole job was completed in 6. We are over the moon and the quality, fit and finish is top drawer. Installers were quick efficient and friendly and we kept them supplied with hot drinks during a freezing week in January. Importantly they were also very tidy, no mess left behind. Quality Job”

“I took the radiator off to redecorate but couldn't re plumb it. I rang safe gas and within 24 hrs their professional, experienced and friendly engineers had the job done. I couldn't speak highly enough of their approach to us at home. They were approachable and knew exactly what to do including fitting new parts. Their office staff were great. “I’ve been taking my little silky terrier since October 2018. The staff are brilliant with the dogs the moment they come in the door. I’ve always gotten an appointment on a date I’ve asked for with no problems. It’s a secure place so you aren’t worried your dog will escape. It’s a place I always recommend when people comment on my pups cut because it’s so well done. Everything blended in. And her face is trimmed perfect, nice and short round the eye area. My pup seems happier going here than with previous groomers. Which is reassuring to me when you’ve a nervous pup when it comes to places like vets groomers and places with strange dogs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough like”

“popped in with my father in law who lives locally. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, measured up my father in law for the correct size chair and told us much about the chairs that we didn't know - ie pressure points. The chairs aren't cheap but as this is a health investment as opposed to simply a place to sit - they really are worth it.”

“Over the years I have owned 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Am very fussy as to how they are groomed. Just picked up no 5 this morning looking and smelling beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Girls have a lovely way of dealing with the dogs and more importantly for me, they know how to groom Cavaliers!! Have used in the past and certainly I intend to use again in the future.”

“I called into Newtownabbey just for a look as I needed some living room furniture. I had been told by a friend that they had a clearance sale on. I spoke with Clinton who measured and showed me what items would suit. I left a deposit and returned the next day and collected the furniture. Unfortunately they did not have a TV Unit to match in store so I visited the Boucher Road store to check if they had it. They didn't but Warren checked and said they had the unit in Newtownards and one of the staff would bring it up in his car as he was working in the store the next day. I returned 2 days later and picked it up. The service from Clinton and Warren was above and beyond what I expected. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they kept in contact with me during the whole process. The furniture matches and fits perfectly and I would not hesitate to shop with them in the future. “I recently purchased a used bmw 440i from Carbrothersni and I am more than happy. Johnny looked after me, and with the car only just hitting the show room on the friday he had it ready for me to pick up on the Monday. Everything was straight forward and hassle free. I was presented with some options like car care packages and extra warranty but nothing was being pushed on to me. Johnny gave me his best advice and listened to what I wanted from the purchase. With me working he sorted out the tax for me that day, again making things easier for myself. I was a bit worried about the short mot left but I was reassured and told just to bring the car back if it needs anything and he would get it all sorted for me, giving me peace of mind.
