Friendly staff that help me find what I was looking for, which is required sometimes as the place is quite large and if you're not used to this franchise it can be a little disorientating. Great big large store lots of stock and plenty of things to choose from. Great for hobbyists
Love this place. You can walk around without anyone bothering you. Stay for the day if you like! Staff are helpful & pleasant.

Thank you for welcoming me with warmth, and kindness. If you’re crafty you can expect an array of arts and crafts materials, home decor items, and back to school resources. I love the yarn selection and made quite a few creations with the yarn I purchased from this lovely shop. The lovely employees here are what makes this a go to place as well.
Not enough colours of chunky wool available again...a shop that seems to be trying to offer a little bit of everything but not enough dedication to one particular craft so can't rely on it for wool requirements. They just don't carry a big enough range of types & colours or accessories.
This place is great for any hobby craft person it has loads of choice only thing I will say is some of the items are over priced and I could get them cheaper else were and similar quality so it's not about quality for price! However still worth going to get things you can't get in other places!
What a selection they have, of any hobby that you have. Mine is crocheting and knitting took it up during lock down. The staff are very pleasant an helpful they know their stuff. I have finished 3blankets. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you to all the staff for all your help.
