“Excellent customer service from 2 young men working on 9th Jul 2024 at 15.15. First young man was standing in entrance area, by computer screen ready to take our order. He punched the details in himself (was in to order a Titan petrol lawnmower) and then proceeded to collect the lawnmower from the storage area. I hardly had time to open my purse, when the guy at the till asked how I would like to pay. I left the shop, to reverse my car towards the main door - and as I was doing so, the till man was already standing at the door, with the lawnmower in his arms, ready to manhandle it into my car. These two young men helped, without being asked. They were very pleasant, smiling and joking. We were in the shop for 5 or 6 minutes. Amazing service guys. Ten out of ten. Well done.”

“I chose HHI (Glengormley Branch) to install new guttering, sills, sofit, end caps etc plus a new door. They quoted 7 weeks lead time and the whole job was completed in 6. We are over the moon and the quality, fit and finish is top drawer. Installers were quick efficient and friendly and we kept them supplied with hot drinks during a freezing week in January. Importantly they were also very tidy, no mess left behind. Quality Job”

I couldn't speak highly enough of their approach to us at home. They were approachable and knew exactly what to do including fitting new parts. Their office staff were great. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, measured up my father in law for the correct size chair and told us much about the chairs that we didn't know - ie pressure points. The chairs aren't cheap but as this is a health investment as opposed to simply a place to sit - they really are worth it.”

“I called into Newtownabbey just for a look as I needed some living room furniture. I had been told by a friend that they had a clearance sale on. I spoke with Clinton who measured and showed me what items would suit. I left a deposit and returned the next day and collected the furniture. Unfortunately they did not have a TV Unit to match in store so I visited the Boucher Road store to check if they had it. They didn't but Warren checked and said they had the unit in Newtownards and one of the staff would bring it up in his car as he was working in the store the next day. I returned 2 days later and picked it up. The service from Clinton and Warren was above and beyond what I expected. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they kept in contact with me during the whole process. The furniture matches and fits perfectly and I would not hesitate to shop with them in the future. Thank you.”

Liz provided great advice on the most efficient storage options, from pull down rails to utilise the full height of the room to deep drawers and well placed shelves, and we're delighted with the outcome. Gavin and the fitting team worked really hard to get the wardrobes in quicker than scheduled, nothing was a problem to them and they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the wardrobes is outstanding and they're definitely built to last. The whole experience with Timeless Kitchens was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. Everyone was there when they said they would be, there were no let downs or rearranging and Liz made sure every angle was covered, from measuring up to organising for our old wardrobes to be removed, getting plugs sockets moved, suggesting the carcass and acupanel colours, planning the layout and scheduling everything for the fit.
