Could not recommend Safe Gas NI Ltd enough. We struggled with a noisy vibrating boiler for three years, that many engineers couldn't resolve. One service from these guys and it's like new! No noise, no vibrations, no roaring in the middle of the night! The office team were amazing to deal with and paying them was easy too. Top Tier service!
We recently had new boiler from Safe Gas and radiators throughout. From first contact to office staff, quotes and installation the team were fantastic, amazing job very clean when in properly and extremely pleased with results highly recommended!
We had a boiler replacement recently and the service was fantastic, the boys were great clean and quick, after the work was completed we had a small leak from an old shower( nothing to do safegas) we rang Safegas and they sent boys out straight away who sorted the problem out free of charge and in minutes. A few days later we had them install a shower and new gas hob and again the workmanship was top class clean and tidy. Safegas NI are a great company and we are delighted we used them as they did come highly recommended and will always be are go to company in the future. Thank you guys it was a pleasure having you complete the boiler shower and hob brilliant job.
I took the radiator off to redecorate but couldn't re plumb it. I rang safe gas and within 24 hrs their professional, experienced and friendly engineers had the job done. I couldn't speak highly enough of their approach to us at home. They were approachable and knew exactly what to do including fitting new parts. Their office staff were great. Getting your gas boiler replaced in February would be a nightmare, and getting your radiators replaced in February double nightmare. No , not with Safegas NI. I cannot recommend this firm and their team of engineers highly enough. Professional, efficient and really expert at providing a first class service throughout the experience. He set about the task as previously in friendly and professional manner. This must be a good work based environment as all those I've spoken to or had contact with have been the same. Another customer lost! Safe Gas recently serviced my boiler and issued a certificate for 12 months. Today I contacted them to explain that four months after a service it is not working. £65 call out charge was quoted before any work would be complete. Disappointing and extremely poor after care customer service. I'll be informing friends and family and including social media. Such a shame. WOW - I've just received a standard computer response from Safe gas telling me that I have a leak.!!! Incredible information and knowledge without inspecting the boiler. I guess it shows the power of social media. Its a shame that customer services of Safe gas couldn't reply personally! Ive corrected the issue by a 2 minute video on youtube. Saved myself £65. Fantastic! And I've found a local competitor happy to have my custom.
Amazing company and top class service. Natalie was fantastic and talked me through payment options before having Someone to my property within a matter of days. I needed a whole new boiler system fitted and it was carried out with no mess and in no time at all by very professional, helpful and efficient engineers.
