Staff member Rhonda very rude... It's hardly my fault if an item is wrongly priced,in wrong place etc yet she acted like me querying that with her was a massive imposition.
Fantastic chemist great staff nothing to much trouble always help everyone out so pleasant to shop in great atmosphere x
The staff in this chemist are very nice, the pharmacist in particular is extremely helpful even when the shop is busy she never makes you feel rushed and listens intently then offers advice and recommends medication or treatment where necessary. Prescriptions are 9 times out of 10 made up and ready for collection, if not then the wait time is not very long. The pharmacy handled covid and its regulations very well and were great at rolling out an efficient vaccination programme.

So helpful and efficient. All staff are helpful and lovely and the female Pharmacist today not only provided me with my booster but also advised me on a burn that led me to be able to see my GP. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Thank you all
Went into Gordon's Rathcoole this afternoon around 12-50pm, the lady who served me needs to learn some manners,very rude won't be using again .
Staff are always so friendly and helpful.
