“I visited the store at Newtownabbey today to have new car registration plates fitted. The man who fitted them was an absolute gent. So polite and helpful and he did a super job. I’m delighted! Thank you. The young lady at the main till area was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the store and am glad to now be a member of the Halfords Motoring Club.”

“Very pleasant and extremely helpful staff. The girl was able to judge my son's size for school uniform which ment most items he tried on first time were the perfect fit. She was also able to make suggestions and advise on items which weren't necessary so no unnecessary money was spent. She explained I could always purchase at a later date if I found I needed to. She made my uniform shopping experience so much easier. Very impressed.”

“We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. She was extremely pleasant and patient - nothing was too much trouble, but she also gave you space to try on without feeling hovered over. Kelly is a credit to this Pavers store. Maggie Charteris”

“Visit to the store on Sat 27th July looking for outdoor toddler toys. Was quickly approached by a young guy - i'm assuming a student who quickly identified what we were looking for and directed us to and ex display slide and ex display climbing frame. We agreed to purchase, he radioed a code through to the tills, we went and paid. By the time we had got back he and his colleague had moved the items to the door for easy loading, they then even help me put the toys in the van. Both these young men should be commended for the friendly and helpful approach. They went the extra mile for us.”

“Really clean store, lots of options and fresh dates. People say M&S can be expensive to do a grocery shop but the deals and offers we availed of had our dinners sorted for the week on a £50 gift card. Only thing I would say was the amount of staff in the aisles was really overwhelming at times. There was 4 staff members in the crisp aisle with us and it's not a long aisle.”
