   Good shop with good staff, but always selling FAKE items for astronomical prices even when you prove to the manager that they are selling counterfeit products which shows is all about the money and not the cause at all. They definitely need to use a company like other charity shops to check the items and write on the labels if genuine or not.

   Love this place it's like l always appear on the right time. I have got so many bargains to send home to my folks back home and also for myself. I'm a thrifty hunter, an up cycler at heart. I wish to have some skills to work a sawing machine and a bit DIY, as some of the stuff l see there needs those skills, -use of sawing machine to alter, put a button or 2 nd then as for wee furniture l buy needs a little bit screw driver and other DIY too. Otherwise l love everything l get from this shop.

   I thought it was a nice & cool store until I wanted to return one thing. I tried 2 times in their "14 days for return", but the cashier said that she can't take it because it's something wrong with cash machine or smth. OK. I had a visit today and a supervisor said again that she can't do nothing, now because it's after time to return (there's no information about returns on a receipt- you should fix it). It was only £5, I could give it for you as a donation for your charity, but please don't make me problems like I can't return products.
