   Really annoyed that they don’t tell you at the time of purchase it’s exchange or credit note only. Went in to buy my grandmother new clothes as she’s not able to go out much and has lost a lot of weight recently so thought it would be a nice treat. Spent £80 in the store, on 3 tops, took my money, never mentioned once about the return policy, nor was it advertised in the shop to my knowledge. When I took them to my grandmothers house, 2 of the tops did not fit, the risk you take when getting clothes for someone else. I took them back to be told they don’t do refunds. Yesterday, I spent upwards of £500 between Vogue, Menarys and Bon Marche, all si shops, the other two shops do refunds without any bother. I now have a £51 credit note for Vogue, I’m in my 20s and would never shop in Vogue myself and it’s nearly impossible to get my grandmother stuff without her being there which is not ideal right now. May as well have burnt £51 a week before Christmas. I don’t trust a shop that doesn’t offer refunds, and in this day and age a shop within a shopping mall you would presume would do refunds. It wasn’t a small independent shop on the high street, they have stores all across the country. Credit note is valid for one year which is the only saving grace as I don’t know when I’ll be able to spend it.

   Had a look round the shop with my wife when she was looking something for an upcoming wedding and was impressed with the nice range of clothes on offer. The quality of the clothes seemed good without the higher prices that some shops charge.

   Went to vogue yesterday 3rd September with my 91 year old mum . For my daughters wedding. The staff were lovely and very helpful aand she got a lovely outfit in the sale . Thank you again will definitely be back x
