    Called in today to pick up a few pieces. I use a walking stick and had a few pieces over my arlm when the lovely lady who works there asked if I would like her to leave my items in the changing room, I accepted her help and continued browsing. I picked up a few more pieces, which she again put in the changing room. When I went to try on the items she said if I needed anything else like a different size to let her know. I got to the checkout with the items I wanted, the sales assistant behind the counter rang up my items, asked if I would like her to phone a different local store for a dress I wanted they didn't have in my size., Iso she rang the store but I was out of luck. Told me about the perks of a Bon Marche card and signed me up. Bon Marche should be very proud of their staff. These ladies went out of their way to make my shopping experience as smooth and pleasant as possible, and it was . They done this with a smile on their face, while chatting to me. Absolutely 1st class service. Thank you ladies.
