Really can't be bothered to write reviews most of the time, but one of the staff members - Chantelle - was so helpful and friendly, above and beyond, that we wanted to mention her here. She really put a smile on my girlfriend's face :-D
The store was very neat and clean. It was busy and the staff on the counter were friendly. The prices were okay and a wide variety of fashion available

Visited Newlook in Belfast today and was appalled by the customer service. I was walking around with a big bag from primark and felt like I was being followed I thought I was over reacting at first but then noticed the woman was right behind me everywhere I went and the rest of the staff kept looking at me too as she had obviously told them to watch me obviously thinking because I had a big bag I was shoplifting I felt so uneasy and felt like I was being pushed out of the shop she made it so obvious she thought I was guilty of stealing and I would have happily let her look in bag as I had nothing to hide. I think they need to look at retraining their staff. I went from one end of the shop to the other and she was behind me the whole way and while looking for my mum she followed me around a pole 3 times this was how i knew she was definitely following me total joke. I would have probably bought something but because I felt so intimidated i left the store so they lost a sale. It has put me off shopping here never felt so humiliated. From the moment we entered the shop she had been staring at us and wrongly judging us as she had no evidence of us doing anything mmaybe next time she shouldn't be so quick to judge people
Great store, lots of choice and spacious. Great to have a New Look in the centre of Belfast now
