   Most unhelpful staff l have ever witnessed . Wife and l were only two customers in store . Being both disabled we required assistance sorting through sizes etc .The two ladies on duty , after being asked several times for their assistance walked up to us shrugged shoulders and walked off stating “if its not on the rail we don’t have it”.Eventually we purchased two items and left promptly .laziest pair,not helping “YOURS” much !!

   Terrible experience within the store. Spoken to with a shocking tone and by the manager. Was a loyal customer both online and in store. Will not be back. It's a pity cus not all staff are horrible. Clothing has very poor quality for the price of it and their returns policy is a joke. Make sure if you are returning an item to have tags on or you'll soon hear about it

   I was very disappointed with my service. I order 9 items and only received 7. When I contacted the customer service team they told me that everything on their end was normal and nothing was missing so they closed the investigation and I didn’t get a refund or the missing items sent out again. So I was basically called a liar and have now lost out on my items and £50. No one even called me or apologised or anything. I have been a loyal customer for years and now I won’t go back if this is how they treat people.
