   Needed front light on my car replaced. Staff were just great, helpful and professional. Options explained, work checked out . All sorted in less than 10min. I wish they would offer full car service!

   Great item for the price. Unfortunately the first one had no keys so it had to be returned hassle free and a new one obtained. Thankfully this one had keys so I was able to access the locked drawers and get the wheels and fit them. All in all a usable handy tool chest with adequate storage for the occasional diyer /hobbyist All staff I spoke with in Newtownabbey branch were very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. Made the exchange easy!!

   I visited the store at Newtownabbey today to have new car registration plates fitted. The man who fitted them was an absolute gent. So polite and helpful and he did a super job. I’m delighted! Thank you. The young lady at the main till area was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the store and am glad to now be a member of the Halfords Motoring Club.

   Bought halfords chrome paint. Well at least that was the description on line. As can be seen in photo, it is labelled silver. So obviously won't be anything like chrome.

   My name is Stephen. I had two new wiper blades replaced today by Dean. Dean also sorted an issue with a bulb, did a pre MOT check, and topped up windscreen fluid. If I could give 6 stars I would. I've always had great service from Halfords, but this was the best service I've ever received in terms of quality and value for money from anyone, anywhere. Dean was friendly, and just brilliant. He went over and above in his service. I cannot praise him highly enough. Halfords are the best in my opinion for all motoring needs and this is in no small part to people like Dean who are an asset to any business

   Needed the chain replaced on my bike. Matthew kept me right and was able to fix it within the hour even though they had other jobs booked in. Very pleasant and efficient service. Recommended best product and got me £5 off by signing up for the their motoring club. Would definitely use them again.

   Had a great experience at my local Halfords store newtownabbey. Neil was fantastic from start to finish. Great welcome and knew exactly what I needed. New headlamp fitted in less than 15 minutes. Friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. Neil is an asset to the store. Staff members like Neil build loyalty and make sure of return customers. Very pleased fiat lady. Thank you Neil

   Not a good shopping experience, I'm afraid! I ordered online a jacket, trousers and set of bike lights for my son. I chose the store for collection and was told the items could be collected after 9am the next morning. When I got to the payment page I was told that the lights weren't available for collection at that store the next day so I had to go back and choose a different set. I received a phone call from the store early the next morning telling me the trousers weren't available either but they could be ordered for me. This was no use as my son needed them urgently so I ordered trousers from Amazon for next day delivery. I didn't get an email/text to collect my order but when I checked online it said the order was ready to collect. My husband collected the order that afternoon and had to wait around 10 minutes to be seen as the staff were dealing with other customers. The security alarm bleeped as he was leaving the store - the security tag had been left on the jacket! My son takes size medium but the jacket was much too small so he had to return to the store today to exchange it for a large. There was more confusion at the till when he was told he had to pay £7 even though he was exchanging the jacket for a larger one at the exact same price! He was asked if I had used a discount voucher when ordering which I hadn't. It was finally sorted but when he was leaving the store the alarm sounded again and it was discovered that once again the security tag hadn't been removed! This was a totally frustrating shopping experience both online and in store for myself, my husband and my son and has put me off buying from Halfords.
