Thank you. The young lady at the main till area was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the store and am glad to now be a member of the Halfords Motoring Club.”

Johnny looked after me, and with the car only just hitting the show room on the friday he had it ready for me to pick up on the Monday. Everything was straight forward and hassle free. I was presented with some options like car care packages and extra warranty but nothing was being pushed on to me. Johnny gave me his best advice and listened to what I wanted from the purchase. With me working he sorted out the tax for me that day, again making things easier for myself. I was a bit worried about the short mot left but I was reassured and told just to bring the car back if it needs anything and he would get it all sorted for me, giving me peace of mind. “Noticed the tyre warning light on the way up to an MOT. Nail in tyre, pumped it up enough to pass the MOT and get home. It was 4.59pm and I popped into Shore Tyres to see if they could help expecting to be brushed off at this time on a Friday. They could not have been more polite and helpful and had the tyre repaired in about 20 seconds. They've hooked a lifetime customer and I'm extremely grateful to them.”

The guy behind the counter was so helpful he replaced my bulb and checked my back window wiper he could of replaced this but just told me to clean it . Another garage who shall remain nameless had my wife’s BMW 320d for over a month following failure of the turbo and did not appear to be making much progress in repairing it. Fortunately someone recommended Colin and so I made a quick phone call to explain the predicament I was in. It was immediately clear that Colin is very knowledgeable in this area and our conversation reassured me that he would be able to get our car back on the road quickly. Colin assisted me in towing our car from the other garage and was able to have it repaired within a few days, it is now running perfectly, and all for less than the first garage quoted. “What a great experience! From an online quote and booking my own date I was contacted to let me know they could fit me in a week earlier if I wanted. On the day of the service and fixes the car was picked up on schedule and all work completed on that day with the car dropped off at my door. Georgia kept me updated and advised me every step of the way as any changes occurred and was prompt at answering all the questions I had when she contacted me 3 times throughout the day.
