Total van problem's Check that they've actually carried out the work before you leave or pay. After leaving a van for a week to only ⅓ of a job being done then having to come back up for them to not finish the work that was supposed to be done. It was only for the fact that I checked that I found out that the insulation wasn't done. Shame I already paid before I collected the van the second time thinking the work had to have been completed properly. (check their sums too because the price quoted wasn't what they were going to charge) Seemed like organised confusion with no one in charge or taking responsibility. Not quite sure why there's nooks and crannies in places to me would seem superfluous
