Charged £443.44 to fix a wheel bearing did not think this was reasonable at all hence the 1 star and that’s being generous
First class service at an affordable price. My cruise control (ACC) didn’t work when I bought the car and left it 2 years because I thought it’d be too expensive. Another specialist garage couldn’t figure it out so brought it to these boys and they rang me 2 hours later saying it’s ready and charged me half what I thought they would. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough
They fixed an ABS ring on my BMW- I was worried the drive shaft would also need replaced, but they managed to change the ring without needing to do this even though other had said it would need removing/ replacing (at a significant cost). This kind of honesty and efficiency is hard to find!!! Friendly, helpful and really reasonably priced.

Service 5/5, they use original WV parts only which come with a two-year warranty. Should anything happen they will book your car into an official VW garage Will not fit older second hand parts. I phoned Thursday and they were fully booked and couldn’t give me an appointment til the following week. I stressed the importance of it and they phoned back not even an hour later with an earlier appointment. We had it booked in on Tuesday and it we finished by 5:30pm on Tuesday. £40 per hour labour; start of 2022. Turned out the mechanism had stopped working, back passenger window. They replaced the window regulator. I’d told them it was up for MOT in June and could they run a diagnostics test too. The engine light was already on and they caught a potentially serious fault in time that could have had serious repercussions on the engine. Within 3-6 months time. Within a 9-5 they had fitted a new glow plug and window regulator. Sorted. Customer service 5/5, and would highly recommend.
These guys are absolutely superb. So glad I found them Craig and his guys go above and beyond with their service and quality of work. Would never go past them for any work Teri Tiguan has never been in better shape. Thank you guys.
