Left BMW to run diagnostics to find out the problem but got charged £48 and they just cleared errors and couldn’t tell me what was wrong! I felt like robbed! Told to contact back if error comes back but they have ignored my communications! My neighbour has identified the problem through his small scanner and app on his phone! Getting error cleared and not being able to tell what was the problem cost £48! Disappointed!
What a great experience! From an online quote and booking my own date I was contacted to let me know they could fit me in a week earlier if I wanted. On the day of the service and fixes the car was picked up on schedule and all work completed on that day with the car dropped off at my door. Georgia kept me updated and advised me every step of the way as any changes occurred and was prompt at answering all the questions I had when she contacted me 3 times throughout the day. I will absolutely be using the service again in the future! Great work!
Once you use AEC. you will never go any where else, the workman ship and the price 100% the nicest people you could deal with. Will be back. Eddie. ps my transit looks and drives like a new van.

Left in my car for a service and thought they were excellent. I've done business with numerous garages over the years and AEC are one of the best to deal with. The price I paid was the price quoted, communication was good while the work was ongoing and my car was ready when they said it would be. Couldn't ask for more.

** Update based on garage’s response. Failed to fix car, further damaged car, after receiving negative feedback refused to do any further work on car. Childish and unprofessional. ** Firstly, additional work was undertaken we have the invoices to show this. We booked in the car because the engine management light was on, it is still on, after they had our car for 8 days - for what they described as a 4 day repair. The car was rebooked with AEC by the advise of the RAC as the original issue had not been addressed and the additional damaged needed repaired. The additional damage was the failure to properly attach the engine under tray which came off as we drove home on the motorway. (See pictures)
