Had car serviced at McGowan Mallusk Saturday 1 Nov 25. Took me on time and finished early. Great job. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Helped with good advise on another matter. Reception area very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Even good area for kids and had Bluey on TV. CAN'T beat that, being Australian, loved it. Would Highly recommend. Thank you. I was having a really stressful morning ahead of arriving for an estimated 4 hour car service, on top of wondering how I was going to log on for work, when I was informed by the lovely man who took my keys that they have private work booths! I am delighted, this has really relieved my worry. It really shows the consideration for busy working parents coming to get the car sorted!
Whilst on Holiday in Northern Ireland I got a puncture in my tyre. Went to Magowan after a recommendation from a family member and I am so glad I listened. Went in and the Gent on the front desk was more than helpful, car was in the workshop within 5 minutes and was sorted after a short wait! Was shocked at how low the price was when he told me! Thanks for the fantastic service guys! I will keep you in mind for future travels.
Great prices. For a large family saloon car it was only £42 per tyre. I went at 6.15 on Thursday their late night opening. It was very busy and I had a bit of a wait. They were working flat out with all bays in use.
