   Was in this store today (afternoon) shocking service by members of staff. Not even as much as a smile. Asked a girl (tall, grey-ish hair) her name began with 'j', maybe jo or somethin. I asked her where a product was as I wasnt sure. All I got was "over there". Big shop but most staff are awful.

   Lazy slow staff!! Staff are too slow to serve customers on the deli and the subway. Deli food isn't great, it's over priced and sausage rolls are poisonous. Bins outside are constantly overflowing and litter all over the car park. Staff have to be told by customers to go empty bin. Brings Mallusk down.

   Everybody is just sooo slow since refurb. I've walked away from Delish and Subway on multiple occasions now as the staff just look at each other. Tried the drivethrough and it's even slower!. Back to the other garage i guess....

   Refurb job all well and good but whats the point of deli touch screen food ordering that says "order here and jump the queue" but when you order they literally serve the long line of people queuing and don't even acknowledge your order. Most pointless system ever. If you want something from the deli but have short lunch break don't bother going here. You'll stand and wait to be served and staff just look at you, chat away to other staff or disappear completely.

   Shockingly slow staff move that slow they are going back in time took 45 mins to get 2 sausages two bacon 2 eggs a monster and a 6inch sub at 10am there was more staff than people in the shop didn't even get petrol and who ever made the road layout needs hung by the short and curlys people are going the wrong way and you have to drive Thur the pumps to park absolute joke

   Disaster of a place since the Refurb, hotfood counter now way overpriced and slow doesn't even come close would drive past it and just go to a different shop.

   Great layout since it was renovated. Much easier to get to a checkout and the self checkouts are great. Before it was very cramped and you could sometimes end up queueing for hot food by accident because their queues were flowing the same way - not anymore.
