   A massive thank you to Chrissie in this store who took the time to go over and above to answer my question about a particular own brand product. The staff here in general are very friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked but I have rarely seen such an example of excellent customer service as I have today. It makes all the difference.

   No problem for the shop, it’s just till person a young Irish girl who’s not gentle for scanning my stuffs and pushing them with a throw movement. While im finishing getting my stuff and paid it, I ask for receipt. She said she just scan the other customer item already. She did not even ask me for receipts if I needed to? But I needed and ask after I paid my stuffs. Need more train to ask for receipt. I work in the same industry as her. But be more gentle and respectful as well. U dont own the iceland to act like a boss.

   staff are so rude. they havent the time off day for ya. literally stress you out at the checkout, and scan the products that quick and throwing them at you all at once, that your rushing too get your shopping packed. then they just sit and look at you packing, not good customer service at all. not a good experience at all, it gaves me pure anxiety too be honest.

   Oh ayeFantastic!! Plenty of stock and the shelves were full. The store has bathrooms available, which is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful both on the sales floor and at the cashpoint. Bathrooms were clean, tidy , presentable, and regularly cleaned as per sheets on the wall. Shop was well air conditioned, and a nice temperature for a browse. Highly recommended for a satisfactory shopping experience! Thank you!

   Sadly I found the checkout very challenging. As an older person alone, it was difficult to pack. The assistant was able to scan quicker than I was able to pack and I was left to pack while the assistant sat with arms folded! I shop often in Iceland but my recent experience, would lead me to consider looking for customer centered stores.

   Iceland! Excellent quality, shop experience very pleasant, staff great, willing to help, gracious, obviously well trained. An important observation if iceland can keep prices as they are, iceland can be more popular to the customers. Better selling 20 of something @ a reduced price, than 5 of normal price. A future winner.
