   I visited at 21:47-49 on the 25th of November, and the woman who served me provided a beautiful example of a people's person; I set a 6 pack of pepsi max on the counter for £4.15 and she told me "bear with me a moment" as she exited the space behind the counter, walking into the shop floor and she soon returned with a 12 pack of Pepsi max, and she informed me it was being sold in a deal for £4.50 a pack, and asked if I would rather have that, to which I said of course, because it's such a good deal. I just think the level of customer service was exemplary and she really sets and example. Workers like her allow the idea that it really is customer-service that holds up companies like Spar

   Prices on goods are always different to those at till. Screens are turned away from customer and they never offer receipts. Has been the case for years. Looks deliberate. If you need to shop here check the prices on the shelves and ask for a receipt.

   I used to be an avid user of this spar as it was quite handy to my house however I will not be returning until there is a serious change in management. I have witnessed the boss of this spar continuously yell at his young employees, if that’s how he behaves in front of customers I would not like to see him behind closed doors

   I was in buying pads as my period was due and it was an emergency. Already in a foul mood, but when I was getting ready to pay the manager was yelling at this poor little worker, calling him names on the open shop floor - shaming his personal life for us all to hear and threatening harm to those close to him. That "manager" is lucky i didn't throw anything at him on my PMS rampage but nobody has ever had such an unsightly looking face to them and I would much rather free bleed all over that floor than support his disgusting actions. That poor wee boy helped me after, directing me where else to shop to so I don't see how he deserved that treatment by a manager.

   Several weeks ago while paying for a few items I dropped a £20 note in the Antrim Road Maxol Spar. Much later in the day, when I realised what had happened, I thought I might as well go back and check although I very much doubted that IF it had been found, that it would have been turned in. Imagine my surprise and delight when I discovered that not only had it been found by the always pleasant and friendly Pauline, but that another employee had recognised me as the owner of the £20 from a screen shot taken of me at the earlier time when I dropped the money. Thank you Pauline! Always great service at this Spar at a time when the concept of "service" is fast eroding.

   The prices of many products on the shelves differ from those that you have to pay after scanning. Of course, when buying, it turns out that they are higher. This has been going on for many months. The prices need to be updated as they are misleading.

   Was there the other day got 10.00 nope sorry 10.01 petrol an the girl wanted the 1p seriously so shocked had to look for change in car 10l I found so to her shock I waited on my 9p. Joke will never be back
