23/09/25 went into Iceland brougham street Belfast about 10.00am when a small thin late 30s manager called Tracey said you can’t shop in here with your own bag I will get you a basket she stormed off and continued to lecture me on the subject saying you wouldn’t shop in Primark with your own bag I then saw a man with his own small wheeled trolley I said to her he’s not using a Iceland basket she ignored this and wanted to give me a tour of the place saying this is where a sign that says about bags.I find this store a hit and miss sometimes great staff and then you get jobs worths with no PR skills.

I got all my stuff and it was an extra 25 pence on practically every product all of the prices on the shelves were incorrect so horrible overall cuh
Old favourite for freezer fillers. Just have to compare some things but their own brand is spot on.
Plenty of great stuff for Christmas partys 3 for a £5 pounds kids love them
Lovely polite girl on the cheakout she were's glasses young she is so helpful and always says have nice day if all the staff were like her would make the shop a better place. manners cost nothing and she just makes your shopping enjoyable must ask her name next time she deserves a bonus
