   William is absolutely brilliant. My car had engine failure and I panicked. William explained the issue re my DPF and how he can fix it. He was so kind and so helpful. I left my car with them and he saw to it quickly, efficiently and professionally. I know nothing about cars and he explained it to me well. It was a very fair price for the work done. Over my 6 years of driving different second hand cars, I've had to go to many mechanics and I have never met a mechanic as decent as William. Thank you so so much.

   I contacted Neil on Thursday for advice and he explained over the phone what the fault probably was and upon arrival he quickly plugged in the computer which confirmed DPF filter. Left the car and 3 hours later sorted. Clean, tidy and very helpful. I cannot recommend Neil and DPF more for a great service.

   This is an outstanding company. Neil took my work van at short notice after being let down on a few occasions and giving terrible advice. Got my van up and running in no time and was was easy to pay. I highly recommend this company, they will be definitely looking after my van in the future.

   Took my car up last week with multiple DPF issues and was diagnosed within seconds and all issues fixed within a couple of hours at a very good price. Car has been driving perfect until today and management light came on. Rang up and was told to take the car up straight away and when diagnosed was nothing to do with the original faults and they kindly fixed the problem and rest the codes for free. They are kind , courteous and always willing to help and I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone. I only gave 5 stars as that's all it would let me give. I will certainly use them again and so will my friends and family .
