   Katie served me today and steered me away from the pretty looking trainers I liked - towards the almost as pretty ones I needed. I had told her my arches ached after speed walking. I almost limped into the shop. She helped find me two suitable pairs - one slightly more comfortable than the other but in a less nice colour. She then found me the ones I preferred in a colour that I preferred so I got exactly what I wanted! And she sold me some arch support socks too! I left the shop feeling much more comfortable. Excellent customer service. Thanks Katie!

   I was at the Abbey Centre Sketchers store this week and want to commend them on their service. Caolán went beyond the call of duty. My request was for a pair of sneakers, size 2 or 3 to match both navy and black trousers. They had to be suitable for dancing. A beautiful pair of lilac trainers 2 and 3 were produced. I was unsure of the fit. I took the size 2. I was advised to try them on in my home, on carpet and I was told they would be able to exchange them for a size 3. Another staff member joined in the hunt. I cannot praise the two young men for their service. Oliver being the other lad. I have been using Sketchers for several years now. I cannot praise the actual shoes enough for comfort and style. Especially if you have small feet. Excellent service - Excellent shoes, Excellent range. Now I would go nowhere else. Hazel. Co.    I visited the store after buying the wrong size of sketchers online. I was hoping to get the Arch fit in store however the guy (Jordan I think it was) tried gis best to find a pair but no success. He advised me where to order them and was very helpful. The guy on the door (who I layer learnt was Mark the Manager) also made me aware to go smaller when ordering again as the sizing can be different. I ordered a 4 off the website but got delivered a 3. When I rang the store again Mark was very reassuring and advised if I call to the store he would sort it for me. I did just that and Mark had a new pair delivered to my door 3 days later. Fantastic team and could not fault the guys at the store at all.

   Wanted to let you know that you have a excellent employee a young girl called Sophie who couldn't have been more helpful to us both today. Despite the store being busy she got us numerous pairs of shoes until we got what suited us best. She was so pleasant to us and a credit to your store.
