   Went into abbey-centre store today in newtownabbey to get my daughter her first walking shoes i was served by Maria She was kind and patient and very helpful throughout the whole process so i could get the right product for my daughter as we are going away on holiday soon, i will defiantly be returning to this store as the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

Fantastic customer service from both ladys ..that why I bought my boots and a cheeky small hand bag ...shanna the boots are so comfortable .    Nice store. Very quiet at the moment with Covid (like everywhere). Sales assistant was very good. Not too pushy. Staff were all wearing masks and keeping their distance. Very good experience overall.

   Staff were friendly but the stock was very poor. There was only one pair of shoes that suited my little daughter for a day to day shoe as the others were v dressy and there wasn't any in her size. So it was a wasted trip.

   Went here to buy shoes for my son who is 10 months. Very little selection for boys in general and out of what they did have only 2 pairs were available. The shoes do seem to be good quality so that's always good.

   Great quality shoes. Service excellence online and in-store. Been going here since my school days with parents. Never underestimate the importance of correct footwear or you will pay for it later in life. Great value and long lasting shoes. Remember cheap is expensive.
