People who are Coeliac (auto immune condition which requires lifelong avoidance of gluten) or gluten intolerant, have a hard enough time finding foods affordable and safe. Its quite depressing to have foods other folk buy to be pounds more if made gluten-free....so what do marks and spencer do? They offer 4 gluten-free mince pies in a lovely box costing a whopping 4 pounds. They should be absolutely ashamed. Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda offer lovely gluten-free mince pies at a fraction of this price. So here's one Coeliac person which on principle will not buy the Marks version. Also the gluten-free range on offer has dwindled pitifully and nothing new added this time of year but churning out loads of new choices to people non coeliac who have many to begin with.! I used to shop a lot there because of the gluten-free range buying also for family who are non ceoliac. Customer feedback there M&S.! So on the mince pie topic i say, lovely box Marks and Spencer but shame about the pies. :(

Very poor experience in the cafe, handed two toasties and two drinks directly to the till operater then ordered a cappuccino. Somehow only one toastie was scanned, so only one arrived to the table, there was no apology for this error and I was rudely told to go get another one to be scanned in and they would get to it, as if I had made the mistake, meaning the other person eating either had to eat alone or let their food go cold. Extremely over priced for the quality of food as well. Also never received the cappuccino despite being charged for it, not sure why as the staff member operating the coffee machine had a lot of time to be sitting on her phone in full view, also no apology when this error was highlighted either. Very disappointing, m&s used to be well known for their customer service. This is not the first time we’ve received very poor service, and poor attitudes from cafe staff but it will definitely be the last time.

Really clean store, lots of options and fresh dates. People say M&S can be expensive to do a grocery shop but the deals and offers we availed of had our dinners sorted for the week on a £50 gift card. Only thing I would say was the amount of staff in the aisles was really overwhelming at times. There was 4 staff members in the crisp aisle with us and it's not a long aisle.

I went to get something for our evening meal but had trouble checking out because there were two Italian meal deals on but instead of separate shelves they were all mixed up in the bread section of the deal, and at the till we couldn't get the meal deal discount because of the mix up between the two deals on the shelves, the staff were helpful in getting the mix up shorted. Some thought is required and attention needed to correctly display the meal deal red labels.

Offer at Newtownabbey Marks&Spencer, ciabatta bacon bap and coffee £6! Bap was moist and well filled with bacon and tasted delicious. The cappuccino was amazing! Properly created with deep foam and not waterly asinine some other coffee shops. Altogether very good at an excellent place.

Had a visit to the cafe... it requires a deep clean as the floors, under tables, side seats and table tops were filthy. Was hard to find a clean table top. Staff were doing a wipe down but not very effectively. Sad and disappointing. The picture was of the cleanest table we could find.

I visited this M&S outlet to purchase a pair of basic shorts. I located a pair that were priced £12.50. I approached the counter and the young male called for the manager. Under the rule of law, the lady was under no obligation to honour the marked price. The lady informed myself that the price was set to increase to £15-£17, however she honoured the marked price. It does not cost much to be nice or kind. Thank you

Not one clean table, some customers started cleaning their own table. Long queue and only one cashier. Toastie was not cooked properly and waitress just placed it on the dirty table. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Definitely the last time I’m going there. The table next to me wasn’t looked at at all. See photo. If I want to eat an overpriced, cold toastie in filth I might as well go to the rubbish dump instead.

Only shopped there because I had a £100 to use, wouldn't normally shop there because they seem to have short dated on many items and if you were to do a weekly shop a lot of the items would be out of date before you got to end of week. I would say its more like a top up type of store and prices are higher than a average supermarket.

I have been shopping in m&s for over 30yrs and have never had a problem until returning to Belfast from England. I had a gift receipt which I used in the food hall, I had a small amount of money left on the voucher but the cashier did not give me another gift receipt for the amount it only showed on the normal receipt what I had left. When I tried to redeem this amount I was told by a manager it would have to be looked into and someone would contact me in due course 2wks later and I had to go into the store again as no one got in touch. This time it was dealt with straight away by Kerry a manager. So well done Kerry you were brilliant and you're the one I will approach if I have any other queries.
