“Fantastic experience getting a kilt for a weekend wedding. Always had a problem at other places getting measured well enough for the outfit to pass all the 'challenges' a whole day covers at a wedding. On my initial visit I explained this to the young female staff member who advised on the selection after indicating what style and colour I wanted. She told me exactly what size she was going to recommend and why and how some of the buckles would give me leeway to go tighter or looser. Kilt passed day and night with flying colours and with pick up and drop off being very quick with the excellent and informed staff it's a place I'll be returning to for my next hire.”

“I recently bought my first higher-end bike, and the help I received from the team here was phenomenal. They helped me try multiple sizes, gave some excellent advise on maintenance and even helped in measuring up an existing bike of mine to match the fit. I had an issue with a loose rear wheel a few months into ownership. I took it into the store and again the team were superb, and carried out the complementary 6-week service since I had forgotten to redeem it (it had been a few months by this stage), and stripped and rebuilt the rear hub. The bike now rides like a dream. 10/10, I'll be sure to come back next time I need some work done. Particular shout out to James and Sam who provided the help!”

“I wandered in one afternoon because I thought their window display was lovely and inviting. I ended up finding my new favorite shop. Having arrived to Edinburgh a bit ill equipped to handle the rapidly changing weather, I thought I would just “muscle through “. I guess I was unconsciously seeking out some new gear and didn’t know what I was looking for until I found it! I got exactly that…plus SO much more! The staff there are INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful. Katia and Emily at the Cockburn location helped me choose some items that were designed by local artists plus gave lots of helpful information on the brands I wasn’t familiar with to help give me a better idea on which product would best suit my needs. Chris (at the Victoria location) helped me put together a package that I would later order online to be sent to my house (so I wouldn’t have to carry it all on my travels). In addition to the wonderful staff and fun products, I loved supporting a local, family run business. I encourage everyone to take a peek inside and grab something for yourself and maybe a friend.”

They have a great selection and good inventory. I didn’t have time for a workshop but because of the lady and gentleman who were so helpful we visited twice. Zenzee is stunning and so kind and the only person I’ve seen in Edinburgh with good style, so makes sense why the store has good clothes haha go here!”

The seats were very comfortable and there was the possibility to lift up your legs. The restrooms were spotless . All in all it was a luxurious experience, especially given it's location.”
