Recieved a genuine and warm greeting from Amanda when entering shop. Located item for me immediately and saved me 10% on my purchase by signing me up for on line messages and offers. Amanda has exceptional people and customer service skills.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Clothes are fantastic quality although a little pricey sometimes. Their sales are great
I have anxiety attacks. I don’t need to explain my mental health or what a bad day I’m having to your staff. If I say I’m exempt from wearing a face mask it’s for a reason - not all disabilities are visible and I shouldn’t have to leave your store crying. Just keep two metres from me if I made you so uncomfortable - you certainly made me uncomfortable woman working downstairs on 28/02 4pm who was rude beyond any service standard, especially White Stuff standard. Will not return to this store now.
Outstanding customer service from Jenny, who went the extra mile to find what I had seen online but wasn't on the shop floor. She then brought several options to the fitting room when I asked for a white top. Shop is clean, spacious and well laid out with unique changing rooms.Clothing is good quality with unique designs and good range of sizes. Lovely gifts and accessories also. Well worth a visit especially as Summer sale has just begun :)
i love this place !! beautiful items of clothing, shoes and my favourite handbags always only from there!!! and all of that in an amazing looking store with great helpful staff and fitting room like no where else
My favourite shop. I love the quirkiness and decor. Great changing rooms shown in the pics. Helpful staff and a sitting area with free tea.
