   Excellent shop, great quality products and friendly staff. They carry a reasonable amount of the TOG 24 range, changing over ranges based on the season. I really like the quality of their polo shirts, no shrinking, no fading or going out of shape when washed. Their jackets are very well made and their colours are on trend. They also have a decent range of walking shoes and accessories. What they don't have in store you can also order online; great service with fast delivery. Definetely a 5* brand for quality, price and style.

   I have always found this a very friendly shop and staff with good quality goods but unfortunately my recent visit was not a good one. Not rocket science all I wanted was a pair of decent gloves but even after spending £46 I still could not get a pair that were fit for purpose and could not explain any clearer to the staff that the gloves were not up to standard . I found the after sales very poor as I have had to go back to the shop and have now e mailed the head office to see if someone can deal with this issue which I find astonishing that no one at the shop could solve.
