   This is our local Nike store and now a smaller outlet than before’ poor selection which rarely revolves but more importantly the most useless ignorant staff I’ve ever endured. When you enter the store the horrific atmosphere is immediately noticeable, staff stand around in huddles whispering attempting to avoid eye contact with customers at all costs. Nike I suggest you mystery shop this outlet and see for yourselves.

   The clothes are alright, but the checkout experience was atrocious. When the till staff member noticed that their Internet is not working to set up the app, he should have stopped the set up of the membership/app. The time it took to check out (without any queue) took 15min altogether, which is unacceptable. Nothing against the staff (who are clearly pressured to push the app), but I don't think we will be shopping at that branch again. Also, the amount of information collected for the app is unreasonable when making a clothing purchase (DoB). It should be phone number and email only for the receipt.

   Couldn't get the QR code to scan on my phone, so leaving a 5 star review for an employee called Scott. He went out his way to help track my order, as I had lost my receipt and I'm not a Nike member. Great service. Thank you.

   Place was well-organized. I asked some staff about how the discount works and if they carried the shoes I was trying to buy via their online shop. They were gracious in answering my queries. I got a few pairs for a great deal. Cheaper than online shop. Will definitely be back to shop. Hopefully they got bags by then.

   I have been discriminated by the cashier she spoke absolutely non sense things but, She didn’t even thoughtfully thinking that I am not buying a cheap thing, I was buying 79£ runners shoes However she started speaking and never stop about the return policy because another shoe i was whiling to return but she says I can’t because “it is been wearing out side the store” so I accepted that its not her problem it’s the company policy And politely told her ok I guess I can’t return that but I am still going to buy the new one I tried and I liked. So please go through the payment I will pay by card “ Just to mention I have wear the new shoe that I want to buy and my old one in the package box” she came up from the cashier and asked me to take it off “she wanted to check if it is the right size” So I did she checked then she came back to the cashier and asked me again to do the same thing but this time for the left shoe that I am wearing. Here I decided to say the only one thing “ I am so disappointed from your service and I will not buy this shoe you have to be more efficient with customers I have been wearing Nike shoes from very long time I have never been discriminated like this before I have never wear other shoes company I am a bug fan of nike and you are making me feel very uncomfortable to buy from this store again” I was wearing my old shoe while saying to her this and went away from the store.

   Down side, trainers are just put back anywhere by the looks of it. Customers or staff? Get fed up looking through all the boxes ti find correct size so I left, again. Size 5 had sizes 3 to 8 in there. Nippy.
