   This was the best shopping experience of my life. Ruby and Analiz were truly such gems. Ruby is a wonderful saleswoman and knows how to make people have fun while shopping! She even kept the store lively with her charm and humor. Analiz helped me make my bag at a workshop and it was such a delight to see her at the Islander flagship store on Victoria Street. She knows her stuff and what styles are in and what would suit my vibes best. These two girls were able to sell me 3 bags in less than two days lol. They are the best and I hope I can come back to this city and buy another bag from them. Both should be hosting more workshops! With Ruby’s charm and Analiz’s work skills they make a great team! They made my trip ❤️

   Lovely bags, rude employees. I genuinely love the bags, and even bought two… but I almost didn’t because of the rudeness of the people working at this shop. Similar to other reviews here, I felt treated as dirt to put it bluntly. Had I had more time in Edinburgh, I would’ve spent my money in another of their stores with less foot traffic as perhaps you would be treated more with respect there. So, perhaps that is my recommendation to other customers. This shop, isn’t worth it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Also just to note, we were the only people in the shop when this happened, it wasn’t too busy.

   I bought a few things for myself and a few souvenirs. This is the place to buy your bags and accessories. Knowledgeable and suggestive for what to buy. They have a great selection and good inventory. I didn’t have time for a workshop but because of the lady and gentleman who were so helpful we visited twice. Please, if you’re interested in these bags and accessories this is the place to buy them.

   It's a store with a name on it, so it's better than buying elsewhere. The stitches came out, so I just bought it, so I asked for an exchange, and they said it was okay. Still, when I asked for a change, they told me to take the depied one. I finished my trip in a good mood and came to buy it, but it ruined the atmosphere.

   There are a lot of cute lambs to buy in the store! Unlike other homogenized souvenir products, only this store can buy it! It’s a pity that I only bought one lamb this time. If I have the opportunity to come to Edinburgh again next time, I will definitely buy a few more lambs~ (Students have discounts)
