   Wow wow wow, I am incredibly happy with the comfort and style of the Hotter shoes. I am just visitor in Scotland but these are the only shoes I want to wear from now on. Got only two pairs and wish I am able to bring more back home. Customer service is excellent, Nicky was incredibly helpful and patient. She also knew the product very well.    Helpful staff member Louise measured my feet with a scanner (looking forward to personally 3D printed shoes!!) and patiently brought various styles and colours for me to try. IT slightly unhelpful listing sizes in stock that in fact were not, but I bought two pairs of shoes that I am pleased with...and have 30 days in which to change them if I need to.
