Cannot speak highly enough of the products on offer at Dick's, but the people in the shop were tremendous. The woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. When I said I needed to think about making a big purchase, she was very understanding. I returned to buy it the next day, and we were greeted very warmly. “Just wanted to say thank you to Morgan who assisted me in store today. I’m just getting in to running and came in to buy a proper pair of running shoes but was completely overwhelmed with all the different types of running shoe. Morgan took me through all of the different options that would be suitable for my gait type and helped me try on the different varieties so I could feel the difference. With it being an outlet store, she also advised me the best way to see the full ranges online or in another store and at no point put any heavy pressure on me to purchase there and then. “This was a clean and nice Kurt Geiger store with shoes, bags, swimwear, and accessories. Miya was absolutely lovely. I wasn’t really looking to purchase anything. She was so delightful and friendly, even sharing when items were on sale. She was patient while I was shopping and when I inquired about items, she was very helpful. Ended up purchasing a phone holder and a pair of sunglasses and extremely excited about my purchases. I will definitely return here when I’m back in this airport and recommend it to anyone you may be surprised what you find. This is an excellent brand (usually purchased in states from Nordstrom) and I’ve had items last for a really long time.”

“I love this shop - they’ve got a super range of great brands (especially French and Scandi) that I couldn’t previously find in Edinburgh and are amazing for dopamine dressing with lots of colour and interesting pattern / texture. The ladies who work here are always really nice and welcoming, and give their honest opinions about the look & fit when you’re trying something on. I never feel any pressure to buy anything, and come in far more often for a browse & a chat than actually leaving with a purchase. Such a brilliant Bruntsfield shop - hope it never moves solely online”
