Bought a pair to reasonably expensive Merrell trainers a couple of weeks ago and was helped easily and professionally, no problem. At home I found they were a bit small when wearing a thicker pair of socks so decided to take them back for a bigger size. Got to the store and the guy on the till made no quibble about changing them, quickly checked stock, asking for them to be brought up, waited a few mins, tried the new size, perfect, new receipt and all done. No hassle, all swapped in minutes. So unlike others I seem to have had a very pleasant customer experience. Thank you.”

Amazingly helpful assistants - even to the point of after one glance at my geriatric frame they offered the loan of a shoe horn. An extremely well stocked shop with shop workers who understood their stock and the variety of foot sizes and shoe shapes. Certainly recommend them for the future.”
