    Lovely service from staff yesterday preston store fishergate centre on ll-4-2025. Don't do online shopping. I wanted some free spirit shoes for my sister, who struggles to buy shoes that are comfortable and fit well. Store order them for us paid cash, which was really good. Some stores will only take card payments when ordering online. Shoes arrived today next day delivery. All 3 pairs are lovely, perfect fit. Sister's really, please.

    I came in looking for some simple black trainers for myself and when I tried some on, the correct size didn't fit my feet. (I'm a size 4, all my shoes are size 4 and these size 4 shoes were way too big!) So, I tried on the size lower (size 3) and they were too big too! I had no idea what was going on and they were the smallest size for those shoes so I couldn't try on any other sizes.

    How the place has gone downhill so fast is a puzzle. What's happened to the friendly helpful staff? Replaced by a female picking her fingernails and failing to notice us, let alone offer help or assistance. After we had discussed with each other(my companion)at length about being unable to find correct sizes, being unable to lift down the heavy boots hung above head height and impossible to see prices, we have up and shopped elsewhere.
