   I visited the Arndale store over the weekend which was full of miserable staff. I am delighted to say that the Chorley shop was the polar opposite. All were extremely pleasant and helpful and a special thanks to Tom who sorted out my replacement purchase. Arndale could learn a lot from you.

   Tiny store… no sizes in stock…. Couldn’t tell if staff were staff or customers! Waited about 15 mins for 4 x pairs of trainers to be told non in stock. The smallest selection of women’s trainers.

   Great & friendly staff who are very willing to help. Store could do with more variety of stock but I guess that's understandable they don't, due to the size of the store.
