What a great shoe shop! Really friendly staff, Bobby was great with my 18 month year old daughter who really enjoyed shopping for new shoes. Great selection, we were spoilt for choice, knowledgable staff. Really happy to have found a great shop for my daughter’s shoes, wish I would have found sooner!
Honestly the worst experience! I would not recommend anyone to use this shop!! The man that owns it is very rude and disrespectful! His prices are ridiculous! We spent over £100 here for my daughters christening on socks and shoes ect when we left we checked the receipt and was shocked at the cost. Nevertheless we carried on and accepted we should have asked for the price of the items before paying… When we got home we realised that the shoes and socks we bought didn’t match the dress so I rang up and asked could I bring the shoes back as they didn’t match. He refused a refund because it wasn’t his fault? But on the website it clearly says they will refund any items within in 21 days of purchase. (It was the day after I purchased the items I called) I questioned this and he still refused as he said it wasn’t his fault they didn’t match. He offered me a credit note which I went onto explain that there was no shoes in his shop that would match the dresses. He was extremely rude over the phone! I been told by several people to take this to trading standards which is what I will be doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
Wouldnt buy anything from here if you gave me a million quid bought shoes that didn't even last a day stay away peeps

Today I ordered 2 pairs of girls shoes before 8am and Bobby hand delivered them at 10.30am very fast delivery and it saved £4 delivery fee. Very friendly and quick service. Highly reccomended. Always buy shoes from here for my kids. Thankyou
This shop is owned by a nasty old miser. I only gave it one star as none was not an option. We spent £92 on 3 different pair of shoes. My wife returned the pair which my 20mth old daughter had worn once and they had fell apart. The reaction she got when asking for exchange was totally unexpected. He immediately became aggressive and rather strange. He said he would not exchange them as the had been worn out ( by a 20 mth old. She must go hiking in them whilst the rest of us are asleep). He was constantly muttering obscenities under his breath in front of my 2 children. He became loud and aggressive before saying he didn't want to speak to her anymore, promptly turning up the radio to its fullest and walking in the storeroom/torture chamber. I always had my reservations about the lecherous old git but he's way nastier than I expected. Please stay away and pay a few extra pounds elsewhere for piece of mind and human interaction. An absolute disgrace.
Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered a pair of white kickers, I received pink. I phoned to advise and was expecting an easy swap. They insisted I had ordered pink, the confusion came as my mum with same surname but different address had ordered a pink pair. Trying to resolve the problem was worse than hard work. Eventually they agreed to accept a return and would then resend the white ones. Also agreed to refund postage cost as the error was on their part. Returned the shoes, I was then told they would issue a refund, gave up with the shoes at this point. I was then sent a cheque for cost of shoes, no postage cost. So it cost me £3.95 to have the wrong shoes sent to me and a further £4.40 to return the wrong shoes, neither cost was reimbursed. Would never use again or recommend.
