   Staff were lovely, very friendly, respectful and professional. Shop was well organised and clean. Shoes where true to size and well priced. I liked the fact the offer a treatment to make your shoes waterproof and tell you the cost upfront.

   Found exactly what we needed for our son’s prom shoes. The staff were professional, very helpful and attentive - not something I’ve experienced in other shoe retailers over recent years. On our visit I discovered that your Darlington store is closing, what a shame, the staff there were a credit to your company.

   Came into the store today looking for some new school shoes for my toddler. Unfortunately, after a coughing fit she became unwell and I was struggling to not have her make a mess on the carpets. The two ladies working were quick to provide me with some paper towels and a bag to make it a lot easier to avert a messy situation, and thier manner was impeccable throughout. Will be back in to buy shoes soon, thank you for the help, understanding, and kindness.

   I found it very nice and relaxing been able to take my time to pick the right pair of trainer's, plus they were in the sale. The lady who served me was very nice and also put a coating on my trainer's at just a small cost.
