    The service was terrible. I visited the shop with my nan who has fibromyalgia. This means it is painful for her to even walk! Anyway, we came to buy fluffy crocs as my nan's heels had been hurting her feet. As soon as we entered we noticed a shortage of employees and to our shock we noticed the majority of them all having a conversation in the back. Everytime we asked for help from an employee, it would take at least ten minutes for them to return from the back area. She was left to fend for herself. Really disappointed.

    Absolutely great service from everyone at opening time, found my size for me tried it on purchased with socks and BLC and Jordan at check out was fab! I even was okay to wear my purchases out the shop due to current shoes giving blisters. Great shop and nicely priced sale. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool

    Worst sales team I have ever experienced, the attitude the girl had when I asked for a shoe was appalling and when I mentioned i was shocked she ignored me for the rest of my time in the shop. Left waiting for different sizes and no one ever came back with the other size I request. I had to just leave the shop in the end. Extremely disappointing

    Hattie was such a ray of sunshine. I came in looking to find a pair of shoes to wear with an outfit for an important event and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I needed. I left smiling and feeling much happier than I did when I went in!
