Won't be returning after coming in all the time and spending money. Never had an issue with a dog before but Clearly one staff member is just a jobs worth.
Purchased the Raven multicolour purse and card holder. Within 2 uses the colour had wore off. Contacted the store and they stated it was a known fault with that range so bring it back to store. When I arrived at the store today I was surprised to see they were still selling the faulty items. I asked for a gift card but got told I had to take it back to Cheshire oaks where I had purchased it from. I asked why I couldn’t receive a gift card from that store as it is a known fault and the manager Jade stated it’s “customer policy”. If an item is faulty you should be able to return it to any store for a gift card and not have to go out your way as the gift card will be spent in that company.
We went here today and the staff were so friendly, my daughter uses a wheelchair, a very funky one at that and the staff made her feel so welcomed and commented on how awesome her chair was and that it matched some of their items and just made her feel included she loved it
I love Kurt Geiger! Always my priority purchase on treat day! The staff in this store are so welcoming without being pushy. Every time I’ve entered it’s been a lovely experience. As much as I love Kurt Geiger some of the stores especially the one at Cheshire oaks can be to overwhelming in terms of pushing sales. It isn’t comfortable so much so the last time I went I avoided the store there. But that’s what prompted me to write this review. I’ve waited to buy the black and white bag that’s out of stock online I’m going into to Liverpool to purchase the bag this week. I feel that the stores that push you makes you leave and not return. If that was my first experience I would never of entered the stores again. It’s a shame because the Kurt Geiger range is amazing! We need a wider range of pretty matching caps and trainer socks ❤️

Appalling customer service, would recommend anyone to use another store. Spoke to a Supervisor (Emma) who’s attitude and service was as if she’s been dragged up in life. 0 stars and wouldn’t use again.
Best customer service I've received in a long long time.. Helped me make my gf's Christmas a bit more special. Claire, the manager is a total dream, going above and beyond what I or anyone else should ever expect. Her staff too were super attentive and catered to all my questions in a professional and polite manner. Would recommend going here over any other store if you're looking to purchase any KG with a little extra help, knowledge and guidance.
When visiting the store the team always make sure your looked after and go that extra mile to make sure your leaving the store happy with your purchases, love the quick and friendly service with the options they provide when looking for a certain style.
