Hi, excellent sale on boxing day, got served by Jacob Gardener, who got the correct size although the hanger was incorrect whilst paying.
Great store. They have some real gems if you hit it at the right time. I've never visited and came out empty handed. Always clean and tidy. The stands can be closed together if you have a wheelchair or pram.
Visited Nike Factory store in Cheshire oak over weekend , it was very crowded but luckily pair I want was available in stock. Price was 30% less as compared to retail store. Just few days later. Further price reduced on Pegasus 41 black shoes, 50% off. Same shoes if you order online and pay by Amex card you will get 10% further off, really good bargain.
Staff always helpful and friendly. Got a few bargains but feel the type of clothes they had in is more geared to training. Still a great shop though!
An amazing amount of choice so be prepared to spend a while in the store. Staff at the tills were brill on my visit but around the store they are too busy chatting and using Instagram rather than helping customers or sorting the store. Store tends to get quite busy and nobody tries to tidy it.
The guy on self service was an absolute darling so king. But older woman short blond hair sorting out clothing was awful. Rudest person I’ve ever met in the 32 years of my life. I couldn’t believe it I wanted to buy more shorts but the thought of going back and seeing her put me off. Worse customer service ever. But we’ll done to the guy with glasses on the self serve :) he was niceee
You're pretty much guaranteed to find a bargain on a good pair of trainers here. Whether you're looking for football boots or a more casual trainer, you'll be unlucky not to find something you want at a price you'll love.
Good store, cool discounts and always busy. On the other hand, if you are there to buy a specific design in a not so common size, you may be wandering round the store for a very long time with no proper guidance.
Went in at 7:30pm and wasn’t allowed to try anything on due to the fact they close at 8pm. What?! Was told they have a 30 day returns policy, which I explained would be no good to me due to the fact I’m going away for 2 months, whoever was the person to decide just shook her head at me and said no. So I decided not that buy anything! Completely ridiculous. They literally lost a possible £100 plus sale there because they’re too lazy to have 1 of the 8 staff who were in there standing around talking and messing about on the fitting room. Definitely be interested to know if the area manager would be amused by them losing out on sales due to lazy staff and fittings rooms being closed!
Did a great shop there cool place. The cons is the staff. Too young too don't care too I don't know and the state... M oh my. Just a royal messy. Customers are to be blame when there's sale it is like peaolpe buy food with not being fed for ages the nice aspect of humanity. Just come in. Mess up pick up pay and escape
