The Pavers in Liverpool was nicely set up and had many choices. However, the staff completely ignored us. I had to chase down a woman to ask for my size. She threw them in front of me and didn’t say another word. The staff were more interested in straightening shoes rather than selling them.
I had such a great experience in this store and will definitely be back for my next shoes. A special thanks to Yoanne who was not only helpful but also incredibly kind. Thanks to her, I got two pairs of shoes at amazing prices. I highly recommend this store for both the quality of their shoes — with lots of brands to choose from — and the friendly staff.
My order never arrived ( no fault of Pavers )spoke to a very helpful lady within 2 days a new replacement arrived wonderful service and highly recommended company would never hesitate to buy from Pavers thank you for your wonderful service. Kay smith.

I experienced top notch customer service from the 2 ladies who served me. As this branch didn't have the size shoe I wanted, they went over and above to find a branch that did. Thoroughly recommend.
Went to Llandudno for a holiday and went into Pavers for a pair of shoes for my husband and there was a sale on. I then got 2 pairs of shoes and the member of staff there was a amazing. I am disabled and the assistant went above and beyond to help me to get the shoes on my feet. But I am sorry cannot remember her name. But thank you PAVERS LLANDUDNO.
Update to below: I took the original pair back in January and they were exchanged for a new pair of the same kind. Now in March they are already spoiling. Weird bubbling affect and peeling of outer layer on top of right boot. I thought pavers was supposed to be a reputable brand. This quality is shockingly bad. Will be going back to Clarks once these give up the ghost, which clearly won't be very long now. AVOID PAVERS AT ALL COSTS ******************** Brought a pair of boots from them at the beginning of October. The staff were lovely, but the boots are exceptionally poor quality. 6 weeks of wearing these to walk to work (and sitting all day at a desk job) and there is a hole in the right boot. I brought these so I could walk to work over the winter, but will now have to take spare shoes and socks to the office with me everyday to change out of as the right boot leaks very badly. Shortest lived pair of shoes I've ever brought - £52 down the drain after 6 weeks, and just before Christmas so I have no way to replace them. Shockingly poor quality and they lasted just long enough that the receipt to return was no longer valid.

Bought a pair of boots on Thursday 20th October. £45-00. I wore them for the girst time on Sat 22nd October. Only from car to drop my Granddaughter off .Then back home. The boots looked like I had them for ages they wete bent at anklesand at the back by the heels. Took them back to shop in Lord st Liverpool only to be told that thats the way manmade boots go ,and if I had worn them indoors and not outside they could have helped me. The assistant then went on to tell me that they could have resold the boots if I had not worn them .I walked out in discust
Went in on Sunday 16th Jan with a friend who needed a pair of shoes. My friend has some additional needs and the staff were great. The fella with the white hair and glasses made sure the size, fit etc were right and said if they didn't fit they could be brought back. The lady who was working was also lovely and was chatting with my friend ( tell her the one who said she looked like one of the Nolan sisters) he had her in hysterics. Made shopping a nice experience and they are a credit to you
