So so disappointed with the Edinburgh shop. I have bought many many shoes from the Peebles store and also been to St Andrews store and always had amazing service- it’s my happy place !! BUT today I had some time in Edinburgh and my aim for today was to get some long black boots. I went to Rogersons and it wasn’t busy ( about 11.30 ) I had to go and ask for help - had a couple of Gabor boots I wishes to try on. The young girl did get them , then left me to try them on- she did say they had other sizes - but didn’t follow that up - just stood around on the ground floor level while I was up at the back …they were the wrong size- so I waited for her to come back, then went to speak to her - totally disinterested- so I left . I found boots in John Lewis - actually the same ones I tried on earlier but 1/2 size bigger- Wanted to go back and do a pretty woman moment!!! I seriously think your manager in Edinburgh needs to do some training with the staff - really disappointed.

Found this little shop by accident. My husband is diabetic and needs wide fitting shoes.(for a wedding). We went in for a look not expecting to find anything suitable..but we did find a pair he was happy with..The staff were very helpful and didn't mind going back and forth to let him try several pairs. Thank you so much ladies,i will be coming back.
Visited this lovely shop recently with my Mum. Huge range of shoes and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Hayley was so kind and Alexis at the till point was very helpful.
