Exceptional service rendered by Steven. Professional & incredibly knowledgeable regarding Church’s product catalogues as well as leather shoes in general. Steven clearly understood how tricky sizing can be depending on the lasts. He has deep appreciation for the materials used, which I find not many sales advisor do so. Customer treatment was outstanding, was served some chocolates & a bottle of water. Will definitely return again as Steven went up above & beyond for me as I explore Church’s custom grade line up.

I knew that Church’s were iconic and I wanted to see their selection of women’s shoes. I was not disappointed and was amazed at the quality and fit which was superb. I am an average size 6.5 which was 39.5 in the beautiful brogues that I tried. They were so comfortable I could have worn them all day. The Edinburgh store on George Street is delightful with a relaxed, but professional atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for Michael and Steven who were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to visit the store!
