   Such an impressive after sales experience from Patricia. Had an issue with some boots - first problem with any Ecco product after 30 years of buying the brand - and she could not have been more helpful. Arranged for a replacement pair immediately and all handled in an exemplary way. Customer service like this deserves to be applauded. Thank you for being a pleasure to deal with.

   Bought pair of shoes from echo Edinburgh stores. On first day of wearing I realised that it hurts my left leg. Took next day to stores. The store refused saying that we understand the problem but will not take shoes back. He also gave me wrong information to contact online helpline which is dedicated for online purchases. I am disappointed with ecco. In the past, I bought few pairs never had any issues with shoes, but when I needed them to resolve issues. The refused. Can anyone give me wayhow to raise this issue to consumer forum or similar?

   Entered the shop on 6th July 22. Male assistant saw me and immediately turned away to chat with his mate. He did not have the skills to say hello or acknowledge the fact that i had chosen to enter the shop. I left very quickly needless to say.

   Had such a great time during the weekend a few weeks ago with the two women working. They were super understanding, we had a great time chatting away while I was trying on just about every pair of shoes they brought to me. 5 stars just for them, really! :)

   Went looking for shoes staff friendly and helpful, brought out several pairs of shoes to establish correct size, when pair I liked not in stock order same in to store for me now looking forward to getting them. Store had an extensive range of shoes for men and women. They all appeared of high quality looking forward to getting the shoes.

   Crappy service!! We got there about 5 min to closing time. At 17:30:00 the woman working there would not even let me try on any more shoes bexause "we are already closed". Nice flexible service that. Why not close the shop at 17:20?? Will go to the store next door which sells ecco shoes and buy my shoes there.
